In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "olk89" or "the Platform" means the online gaming platform operated at olk89.net, including all associated products, services, software, and content.
• "Member" or "You" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Member's Account as part of a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.

• "IDR" or "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole transactional currency of the Platform.

By accessing the olk89 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any product or service offered by olk89, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the olk89 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting the olk89 support team.

To register and maintain an Account on the olk89 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be a natural person — corporate entities and automated systems are not eligible to hold Accounts.
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. olk89 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years old. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older.

5. You must not be self-excluded from the Platform or from online gambling platforms generally under any applicable self-exclusion scheme.
6. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

olk89 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification confirming age and residency. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access olk89's full range of products and services, you must create an Account by completing the registration process at olk89 Login. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name, as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• A valid email address that you own and have sole access to.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are at least 21 years old.
• Your Indonesian bank account or e-wallet details for the purposes of deposit and withdrawal processing.
• A secure password of your own choosing.

One Account per person. Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one Account on olk89. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your Account remains accurate and up to date. If your details change — including your email address, bank account, or phone number — you must update your Account profile promptly. olk89 accepts no liability for failed transactions or communications arising from outdated Account information.

olk89 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any Account that, in olk89's reasonable judgment, has been registered in breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, nor allow any other person to access or use your Account.

All activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you. olk89 will not reverse transactions that were initiated using valid Account credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must:

1. Change your password immediately via the Account settings page.

3. Provide any information reasonably requested by olk89 to assist in the investigation.

All deposits and withdrawals on olk89 are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). olk89 does not impose currency conversion fees. The following payment channels are supported:

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the olk89 Account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. olk89 may require completion of KYC verification before processing a Member's first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a specified threshold.

olk89 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, olk89 will notify the Member and may request additional documentation.

Members are responsible for any fees charged by their own bank or e-wallet provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals. olk89 does not control and accepts no liability for third-party processing charges.

olk89 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

1. Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion's terms.
2. Time Limits. All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated time limit will be forfeited automatically.
3. Game Restrictions. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game category are published on the olk89 promotions page. Bets placed on excluded games do not count toward wagering requirements.
4. Maximum Bet Rule. While an active bonus is applied to an Account, the maximum single bet or spin value is limited as specified in the individual offer terms. Bets exceeding this limit may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5. One Bonus at a Time. Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time, unless olk89 explicitly states otherwise in a specific promotion.
6. Abuse and Collusion. Any attempt to abuse a promotional offer — including through the use of multiple Accounts, collusion with other Members, or exploiting technical errors — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

All bets and wagers placed on the olk89 platform are subject to the applicable product-specific rules, which are published within each product area of the Platform. The following general rules apply across all products:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member.
• olk89 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a technical malfunction. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Member's Account.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet type, event, and market. These limits are displayed in the betting interface and may be adjusted by olk89 at any time.
• For sports betting, mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) markets are available subject to the number of selections and minimum odds per leg as displayed in the sportsbook. All legs of a parlay must win for the bet to be settled as a winner.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability. olk89 may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including during critical moments of a match.
• All game outcomes for casino products are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). olk89 does not manipulate game outcomes and all results are independently verifiable.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, olk89's records shall be considered the authoritative source. Members may escalate unresolved disputes to the support team in writing.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the olk89 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or under any other name or identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other point during your use of the Platform.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, corruption, or use of insider information in connection with sports betting markets.
• Money laundering, or using the Platform to process the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Using the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, impair, or overburden olk89's technical infrastructure.
• Attempting to claim the same promotional offer more than once, or transferring Bonus Funds between Accounts.

All content on the olk89 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trademarks, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, design elements, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of olk89 or its licensed third-party providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, redistribution, or modification of Platform content.

Any unauthorized use of olk89's intellectual property — including scraping, framing, or reproducing any part of the Platform without express written consent — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

olk89 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Any unauthorized access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits olk89's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

olk89's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member to the Platform in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

olk89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, olk89 will provide notice to registered Members via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform, with a reasonable period for review before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting the support team.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which olk89 holds its international gaming license. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally in the first instance by contacting the olk89 support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral authority in olk89's licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
